Spalding United FC have completed the double signing of attacking player Dion Sembie-Ferris and Midfielder Dan Lawlor from National League North side Peterborough Sports for an undisclosed fee, pending league approval.

PSL Captain, Lawlor, is an energetic and physical ball playing midfielder who has been an ever present in the PSL squad for a number of years, a product of the Peterborough United youth set up his previous clubs include Boston United, Stamford and St Ives, this is Lawlor's second spell at The Tulips.

Sembie-Ferris rose through the ranks of the Colchester United academy and made his professional debut for the club, going on to make 25 appearances for the League One side. Another ever present in the successful PSL squads over a number of years, Sembie-Ferris is an exciting attacking player scoring 48 goals in just over 100 appearances for The Turbines. His previous clubs include St Neots, Margate and Concord Rangers and most recently back to full time football with Scunthorpe United.

Both players will meet the squad at this evenings training session and be available for selection for Saturdays fixture away v Stratford Town.
