Experience: Proven experience in coaching youth football teams, particularly at the U16 and U18 levels.
Commitment: Dedication to player development, fostering a positive team environment, and guiding players on their journey to senior football.
Vision: Ability to align with our club's philosophy and contribute to the long-term development of our youth players.
Responsibilities:
Lead the U16 team for the 2024/2025 season.
Develop and implement training programs.
Mentor and support players as they transition to the U18s and beyond.
Collaborate with the club to ensure a clear pathway to Spalding United FC.
